Packages are shipped at a $15 CDN flat rate via Canada Post within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted. Your order may take between 4-15 business days to arrive once marked shipped. Packages are shipped without tracking in order to minimize costs, however tracking is available upon request for an additional $3. Please add “tracking requested” in the order notes, or email us for confirmation.

Free shipping is offered on purchases over $75 CDN before any coupons or other promotions.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We offer free local pick-up in Waterloo or delivery within the Kitchener-Waterloo area. Upon checkout you have the option to select “Local Pick-Up” or “Local Delivery” and we’ll contact you once your order is ready to arrange a pick-up or delivery time. 

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package so we can resolve the matter.

Please note:
• Items must be returned within two weeks of receiving them.
• Items must be in the same condition as they were received.
• A full refund, less shipping costs, will be issued once we receive your returned items.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable and it is at your own expense to ship the item(s) back to us.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
