When it comes time to introduce new foods to your baby, it can get quite overwhelming. You need to keep in mind what foods should be introduced at a certain age, which ones you’ve already given to your baby, and whether or not there was any type of sensitivity or allergy. It’s a lot to keep in mind when you’re a busy mom who is more than likely sleep-deprived.

Having a baby food checklist on your fridge or cupboard door will be a useful tool, both for you and your spouse, family or babysitter. They’ll all be able to refer to the checklist to see what foods they can feed the baby, and which ones they should avoid.

I created this checklist when I had my kids because I couldn’t find one that met my needs. I hope you find it as useful as I did.

Simply download the file, print it out and hang it in somewhere in the kitchen where it’s easy to see.
